Returns Policy

Our Return policy is valid for 15 days only. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any deviation from any of these conditions will render the return ineligible. A Product may be returned only if a wrong Order has been dispatched to you, or if the product inside is defective, or if the unopened package is sufficiently damaged to preclude the usage of the content inside, provided such damage is immediately recorded in presence of our delivery Partner‘s rep who is delivering the product. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the exchange is approved by us, send your item to the Address mentioned on the website. For all other issues, Exchanges are not permitted due to hygiene issues.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, provided the Return has been approved by us. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
